BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD

The early, wintry days of the pandemic seemed especially dismal. Luana Rubin, owner of eQuilter.com, sent out an email post that I found very comforting. She said, "Despite the current chaos, the Earth will still blossom with Spring flowers as temperatures warm. I hope that you can find time to step outside and go for a walk in Nature, while social distancing.... don't forget to take a break to fill up your soul with the beauty of the season." The flowers in my quilt represent that desire to connect with Nature's beauty and the promise of better days to come.
