POPPY

My design highlights a dropped waist, a style popular in the mid 1920's. I created an argyle pattern for the center front because argyle coordinates so well with woolen tweeds and plaids. To elaborate on a menswear theme, I added an attached neck tie. I chose California poppies because their bright orange color to incorporate floral embroidery features .
